Senior Knowledge Analyst – Product Management and Software Strategy
Full Job Description
Additionally, you will support your software-related and product-related consulting teams in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts in this area, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team. You will play a key role in strengthening our ability to bring the best of your and BCG’s expertise to our consulting teams working with the software industry’s leading companies.

- Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in your areas of expertise, such as product management, product portfolio rationalization, engineering talent strategy, and more
- Codifying knowledge and maintaining assets and tools to answer the critical questions our industry-leading clients in line with their unique client contexts
- Communicating with senior stakeholders, in a credible and confident way
- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
- Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- 2+ years of consulting experience with the software industry on product management-related topics required or 3+ years minimum experience in product management required; consulting experience or 4-6+ years of industry experience are preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus but not required
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
