Make an Impact

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Zodiac team (Sr. Merchant Level).   The ASM will be accountable for supporting developing global sales objectives, seasonal lineplans,  and brand operations to meet the yearly targets.  This person will have a strong knowledge of assortment planning, marketing basics, and product development.  In addition, they must be able to communicate effectively across multiple cross functional teams. It is an exciting moment in the Zodiac brand and we are looking for a great fit within our team.

 

What you will do in this role: 

Merchandising:

  • Manage the All for One Calendar for the development of the seasonal line plans, working with all the cross functional teams in design, PD, marketing to bring each collection to market on time.
  • Manage retailer product requests for seasonal needs and the financials to support those SKU development decisions
  • Promotional strategy development with GWP and in store incentives to drive key seasonal sales.
  • Maintain all margin and SKU targets for the core and newness collections for the brand set by management and manage the global product status alignment with the regions.
  • Support global planning team in global SKU forecasting, and regional inventory allocations based on the demands of the business for both core and newness.
  • Project manage all collaboration project scopes with all the cross functional teams to make sure the process hits targeted goals.
 

Product:

  • Support cross functional teams on all product development including sourcing, costing, and financials for each newness collection.
  • Partner with the global marketing team for LIP reviews, product information, and aligning on any campaign copy feedback for each collection.
  • Manage both all NPI categories including fixtures, packaging, and any non watch product needed for the brand.
  • Manage global sample needs and budget for both the global and regional demands.
  • Manage all global communication regarding products with marketing intake forms, GTM newsletters, monthly brand casts etc… 
 

Training: 

  • Work with the internal teams on training development and seasonal assets for newness introductions.
  • Execute and deliver the training tools with the global WE team and customer service members on brand updates.
  • Support customer service and repair process management globally.
  • Become an expert on Swiss TImepieces and help drive brand standards across the organization.

Your Skills

 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of brand, planning, or buying experience
  • Success in building collaborative partnerships
  • Experience driving business forward
  • Retail selling analysis experience required
  • Organization & Prioritization abilities a Must
  • Proficient Microsoft office with Excel, Google Enterprise products
  • SAP experience is a plus
