Role Overview:
We are seeking a Service Experience Value Stream Senior Associate/PF4to join our Foundational Business (FB) Communications team. Reporting to the Vice President of FB Communications, this role will work with the Service Experience Value Stream.
Key deliverables in this role will include working with the leadership team of the value stream to develop and execute a comprehensive and holistic communications strategy to achieve its objectives, while ensuring alignment with the broader FB communications strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate for this role is client-oriented and strategically minded with strong interpersonal and writing skills.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement a Service Experience Value Stream communications strategy and integrated programs that enable the value stream business objectives and promote a shared responsibility for progress among employees.
- Collaborate with the company's content, multimedia, digital and measurement teams to ensure that the resulting programs are as dynamic and robust as possible.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with Service Experience and FB leadership, earning the role of trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Provide counsel on communication best practices, including how to galvanize employees to champion new initiatives, adopt new processes, work differently, or adjust to change.
- Establish and execute a compelling and cohesive Service Experience narrative that is consistently articulated across internal and external audiences.
- Create and develop various communication materials, including key messages, leadership communications (emails, videos, town halls, etc.), executive talking points, bios, intranet articles and related items.
Monitor external issues as they relate to the company. Research and recommend new communications programs and activities to effectively reach a variety of stakeholders, including customers, distributors and employees. - Working closely with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and Human Resources, develop and execute on a change communications strategy to support the activation of the new value stream model.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications colleagues who are supporting the company's other five value streams, and the FB as a whole, to ensure alignment and process efficiency.
- Some limited travel will be required to visit internal clients at other company sites, staff town halls and outside events.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience managing internal and external communications, ideally in the financial services industry.
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing successful corporate communications strategies.
- Experience in communications efforts with a corporate service department is a plus.
- Expert client relationship manager, with experience providing advice and counsel to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with successful experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization and operate within ambiguity is a must.
- Experience with change management and culture change initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with excellent writing, listening, presentation and communications skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism or related field.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range:$95,000-$145,000
Overtime eligible:Exempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
