Description:The F-35 is designed with the entire battlespace in mind, bringing new flexibility and capability to the United States and its allies. Reliance on any single capability - electronic attack, stealth, etc. - is not sufficient for success and survivability in the future. Missions traditionally performed by specialized aircraft - air-to-air combat, air-to-ground strikes, electronic attack, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance - can now be executed by a squadron of F-35s.

Will be responsible as manager for a team supporting multiple Special Access Programs (SAPs).

Will need experience working on large Special Access Programs platforms. Prior management experience is preferred. Must have experience with Classified Programs involving Foreign Nationals (FN). Must have experience with contractual issues relating to administration of SAPs. Must have experience with F-35 security requirements, Process Development (Standard Operating Procedures/Facility Operating Procedures).

Serve as a liaison between government security customer(s) and Program management regarding security requirements and compliance.

Under the direction of the Senior Security Manager of F-35, will analyze, organize, plan and control the functional security responsibilities of one or more Special Programs.

Must have an excellent working knowledge of the DoD Directive 5205.07 Manual related tasks.

Thorough knowledge of DoD Special Access Required (SAR) regulations, to include International Requirements, policies and procedures, specific program procedures and company policies and procedures.

Applicant selected must possess a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to special program.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Final Transferable Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last six years.

Prior experience working with or implementing security plans for facilities and security operations.

Must have experience with contractual issues relating to administration of SAPs.

Experience working International Security requirements.

Must have experience with F-35 security requirements, Process Development (Standard Operating Procedures/Facility Operating Procedures).
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree

Have experience in DoD Special Programs, Personnel Security, Physical Security and Security Education and Training.

Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.

Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Prior experience teaching / instructing.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
