SAFE Scrum Master – Digital Products
This position is available for people who can work on PST zone hours only.
An energy company is looking for a Safe certified Scrum Master to join their Customer Energy Solutions team. This role will support their customer facing digital products. This role will focus on product operations and will work closely with business stakeholder SMEs, UX Designers, Analysts and Strategists and development to run Agile sprints and ceremonies and managing product prioritization timelines.
Experience:
- Lead 2 week agile sprints
- Conduct ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint demos, sprint planning, prioritization
- Needs to be able to communicate well with Business and Development
- Jira and Confluence experience needed
- Scrum experience in a digital user experience/product environment
- MUST HAVE Agile experience
- SAFe Agile experience REQUIRED, must be able to coach team on best practices.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $60 to $65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
