Scientist/Senior Scientist, Protein Discovery 2054231
Location:Boston, MA (Onsite)
Focus:Immunology, Autoimmunity
Job Overview: This role is for a Scientist/Senior Scientist to advance immune-modulating therapeutics through expertise in protein purification and delivery of characterized protein candidates.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Perform expression of recombinant proteins in mammalian cells.
Handle protein purification and quality control.
Identify optimal protein stabilization methods.
Analyze and communicate experimental data collaboratively.
Primary Job Requirements:
B.S./M.S. with 7-8 years or Ph.D. with 1-2 years of experience in biotech or biopharma
Experienced in protein purification, biochemistry, and AKTA system operation.
Proficient with bioanalytical techniques including HPLC and other advanced instrumentation
Skilled in assay development and execution, with a preference for protein conjugation experience.
Highly organized and communicative, able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting with scientific precision.
