At CARFAX, we believe in the power of teamwork and value in-person interactions so that we can collaborate and thrive together. This position will require 4 days per week in our Centreville, VA office, subject to change with future business needs.
What you'll be doing:

Using Salesforce provided lists, call aftermarket and dealer service centers to enhance database intelligence.
Update Account and Contact information in CARFAX Salesforce database
Speak with Owners, General Managers and Support Staff at both CARFAX customer and prospect locations.
Represent CARFAX in a positive manner.
Conduct a minimum of 10 dials per hour.
Update a minimum of 40-50 Accounts and/or contacts daily.
Contact used car dealerships and after-market service shop locations.

Requirements:

Four days a week in-office to align with the CARFAX Summer work week.
No remote or virtual work.
