Make an Impact

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our Corporate Markets team. This person will be based out of our Richardson, TX HQ and work in the office 1-2 days a week and work remotely the rest of the week.

What you will do in this role:

Manage the shared email inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
Maintain and update the order tracker, promptly notifying customers of any backorders, cancellations, pricing discrepancies, outstanding issues, etc
Serve as the intermediary between the customs house and clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
Provide customers with accounting statements, invoices, and credits, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and a sense of urgency in addressing financial information requests.
Oversee and manage a custom order tracking system, requiring exceptional organizational skills to handle numerous moving parts and meet tight deadlines.
Utilize Excel to analyze and manage large datasets, producing weekly reports for customers.
Act as a B2B expert, pulling and providing customer data, including inventory details, digital marketing assets, and imagery.
Assist with bids in a timely manner and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Share weekly ATS lists with key accounts

Your Skills

1-2 years of prior sales experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and relationship building
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter who has a vigorous approach to tasks and follows up with thoughtful questions
Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
SAP experience is a plus
