Contract:6-9 months, contract to hire
Essential Functions
  • Sets up pharmacy shipments by verifying patient information and prescription for delivery; verifying and inputting method of payment: using client systems to process patient information and delivery carrier and method; and logging calls and customer information (for example. name, date of birth, address, method of payment, notate call information, how to ship order).
  • Provides customer service to pharmacy patients by responding to customer calls and emails; using client systems, training, and manual toresolve customer and associate inquiries; maintaining confidentiality of patient health information; processing and submitting call requests (for example. refills, transfers, payment, new prescription requests, pricing requests); identifying andresolving discrepancies for customers orders; and researching customers billing issues.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans: using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources: collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers and other business partners; Identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations: carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information: determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change. difficulties, and feedback.
