Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Austin, TX, 78759

Pay Range: $25/hr-$28/hr.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the PERM (Program Electronic Review Management) process for immigration recruiting.
• This role requires a strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) and immigration processes to ensure compliance with federal regulations and streamline the recruitment and immigration workflow.

Required Skills:

• Track, update, and manage all assigned PERM cases via the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the PERM process and immigration-related inquiries.
