RECEPTIONIST IN SPOKANE, WA
Volt is immediately hiring for a Receptionist in Spokane, WA.
As a Receptionist, you will be:
- Responsible for answering and transferring incoming calls pleasantly and professionally.
- Responsible for directing calls to the appropriate associate or department, take a message or transfer to the appropriate associate's voicemail when necessary.
- Responsible for greeting visitors.
- Responsible for alerting associates when they have a visitor.
- Responsible for accepting incoming deliveries.
- Responsible for assisting in answering customer questions.
- Responsible for assuring appropriate coverage of phones when away from desk.
- Responsible for Data entry
This is a Full-time, contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school degree combined with previous administrative experience will be considered.
- Customer service skills
- Phone skills.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone system.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum clerical skills (basic typing and computer skills)
- Ability to interact with management.
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
