Position Details:

• Pay - $40/hour to $48/hour

Responsibilities:

• Seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to handle individual tax returns (Form 1040) using GOSystem Tax RS. Responsibilities include organizing client documents (1099s, K-1s, etc.), inputting data into tax software, and collaborating with staff in a professional environment. Regular work hours (9-5) with occasional overtime.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of recent experience with a CPA firm during tax season (H&R Block not applicable).
• PTIN certification required.
• Proficiency in GOSystem Tax RS, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to switch between projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of complex investments (hedge funds, real estate, private equity) is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Degree in Accounting and CPA certification highly preferred.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
