Customer Service Champion - Resolve resident concerns, maintain strong communication, and make living in our communities a 5-star experience.
Team Leader Extraordinaire - Train, mentor, and motivate your team to reach new heights.
Financial Whiz - Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and keep expenses in line.
Rule Enforcer - Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For (AKA, Your Origin Story )

3+ years of multi-family property management experience (supervision experience a must)
Strong leadership skills - you inspire and motivate!
A love for organization, problem-solving, and efficiency.
A working smartphone (because you're always in the know ).
