This position is under the direct supervision of the Property Manager. The Property Management Concierge is responsible for safeguarding and maintaining property appearance and assists in a variety of ways to all those who are present on the property.
Essential Functions

- Walks the premises of the project site, looking for anything that needs attention and or repaired.
- Enforces visitor procedures.
- Helps protect the property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire and accidents.
- Investigates and writes reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety issues, and other security related situations.
- Provides assistance as needed to tenants, vendors, future residents, prospects and guests, coworkers and visitors.
- Monitors and assist in maintaining the property for cleanliness in appearance, including but not limited to the breezeways, sidewalks, lights, doors, stairs/stair landings, trash enclosures, amenities, parking stalls, and other areas.
7. Monitors the maintenance needs and reports any issues to management.
8. Assists maintenance with work orders, inspections and property pick up.
- Serves as a trainer for new concierge personnel.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. There is a minimal amount of time indoors when the employee will use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed predominantly in outside weather conditions.

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use stairs, use hands to finger, hands to feel, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. You may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working 8 hours a day, five days a week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent customer service, and knowledge of safety practices in a business and apartment environment.
