As a Project Manager, you will:

Responsible for being accountable for projects to achieve the desired outcome in terms of scope, schedule, cost, financial success criteria, and quality expectations.
Responsible for following Project Management Best Practices, including, but not limited to, chartering, interactive planning sessions, timeline management, risk management, and status report-outs.
Responsible for coordinating the development and presentation of business cases proposals to facilitate project stage/gate approvals and/or capital authorization.
Responsible for conducting leadership project reviews and status updates including escalation of roadblocks.
Responsible for acting as key liaison to plant teams relative to project execution plans.
Responsible for ensuring accuracy of capital forecasts for projects when in the planned phase.
Responsible for providing supply chain functional expertise for projects and completes supply chain assessments for projects to properly dimension risks and costs.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in increasingly technical, operational, or supply chain roles.
Previous experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company - required.
Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience - required.
Basic P&L understanding and business case development.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $62.00 - $67.85 /hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
