Full Job Description
About the Role:
- The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing recruiting events that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- The role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of DEI principles, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure successful event execution.
- Utilizing Phenom People to enhance event management and participant engagement will also be a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Design, plan, and manage DEI events, workshops, and seminars from inception to completion.
- This includes setting objectives, creating timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics.
- Phenom People Utilization: Use Phenom People to manage event registrations, track participant engagement, and analyze event metrics. Ensure seamless integration of event data with DEI goals and reporting.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and stakeholders across different divisions to align on DEI events.
- Marketing & Communications: Develop promotional materials and communication strategies to increase event participation and engagement. Utilize various platforms and channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Gather feedback and analyze data from events using Phenom People analytics. Prepare reports and make recommendations for future improvements.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
