Job Description:
Digital Marketing Project Manager
- Contract Duration: 12+ months
- Location:REMOTE(EST preferred)
- Schedule: 40 hours, Monday-Friday
- Pay rate: $35-$40/hr
Responsibilities:
- Compliance Reviews:Conduct annual reviews of over 1,000 digital eCommerce experiences, including landing pages and product quote/buy flow pages.
- Process Management:Own and manage processes and controls to ensure compliance with enterprise digital content policies.
- Content Retirement:Retire outdated or invalid digital landing pages.
- Disclosure Library Maintenance:Maintain the digital disclosure library.
Project Management Duties:
- Quarterly Project Schedule:Develop and execute a quarterly schedule to review and update approximately 200 digital eCommerce experiences, 50 standalone marketing reviews, and 50 page retirements.
- Daily Standups:Lead daily standups to keep the team on track, escalating issues to the program manager or director as needed.
- Progress Tracking:Track and communicate progress on digital page reviews, marketing reviews, and page retirements.
- Documentation:Maintain meticulous documentation to evidence compliance with governing controls.
- Metrics Analysis:Analyze and maintain records of team performance metrics.
- Risk Management:Provide early warnings to the program manager or director if metrics fall below expected thresholds.
- Process Improvement:Proactively seek solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Documentation:Maintain team training and process documentation.
- SharePoint Management:Manage the team's SharePoint site.
- Policy and Control Oversight:Perform audits to ensure control adherence and support annual control testing.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management practices.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong planning and execution skills with 2+ years of experience.
- Understanding of eCommerce SEO
- Experience in maintaining and analyzing metrics.
- Process improvement experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with digital online shopping experiences, including familiarity with digital channels/landing pages for promoting, selling, and servicing products.
