If so, we are seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion and effectively communicating with all involved parties.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:
- Accountable for independently managing all aspects of leading project development from custom, turnkey, primary, secondary, and hybrid packaging from conception to invoice
- Comfortable independently overseeing 15+ project timelines efficiently and accurately
- Create timelines and check transit schedules to ensure projects are being completed by the promised date
- Work with internal logistics department, design team, and accounting team for all project milestones
- Build items and maintain multiple item bill of materials for manufacturing
- Set up RFQs and process purchase orders in our internal system
- Provide subject matter expertise on client related systems, process and procedures
- Communicate effectively with Sales team member and other teams within Jansy
- Collaborate with Sales team member to ensure new development and customer needs are being met
- Negotiate and confirm factory pricing is correct
- May be required to liaise directly with clients, when necessary
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 2 years of previous project management experience
- Experience working with international factories
- Ability to use Mac
- Consumer packaged goods experience or primary and secondary experience
- Packaging development experience
- Proven ability to quickly learn and confidently apply new software applications and processes
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Slate, Adobe suite
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
- Critical thinker and information seeker
