Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.
The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).

Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support to the project team.
- Maintain an up-to-date set of construction documents by posting of Addenda, RFIs, and all other pertinent information to the construction set.
- Assist inspection staff with recording daily construction progress via Daily Reports.
- Ensure 3rd Party Monitoring Reports and Test Results received uploaded are uploaded to submittal exchange.
- Ensure 3rd Party Test Reports/deficiencies are reviewed by design consultants and maintain a log of noted code/special inspection deficiencies.
- Ensure the documentation of QA/QC activities (ie, First Delivery Inspections) are completed and filed accordingly.
- Pull together ad-hoc reports for EIC/Area Supervisor as needed.
- Monitor submittal exchange daily to ensure submittals are being reviewed by the design team in a timely fashion. Priority to be placed on critical submittals.
- Prior to releasing of submittals, verify product matches the specifications. Notify EIC immediately of any discrepancies.
- Prior to Bi-Weekly job meetings, provide the EIC an updated submittal log which shall, at a minimum, identify outstanding submittals, critical submittals, and submittals currently under review by design team.
- Maintain an on-site file of "Approved" and "Approved-As-Noted" submittals.
- Track open RFIs and IBs.
Qualifications
- All personnel must be, at minimum, OSHA 30 Hour trained
- Candidates must be able to pass criminal history background check
- It is preferred that all personnel assigned to work on this project continue to do so throughout the duration of the project.
- Strong communication skills
- Prios OGS project experience
- Experience working within a secure state facility

- Compensation: Minimum: $70,000 Maximum: $90,000
- The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position
