Program Coordinator Workplace Suicide Prevention
Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as Program Coordinator Workplace Suicide Prevention!
The Program Coordinator Workplace Suicide Prevention will oversee the daily functioning of the Workplace Suicide Prevention program. The program coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with people in the target populations (working-age men, industries with high rates of suicides, and first responder departments). The primary function of this role includes clinical consultations, facilitating trainings, and development/updating service materials (PowerPoints, Handouts, Etc.) The Program Coordinator will also be responsible for consulting with DPH and third-party vendors, who oversee a webpage that promotes resources that support the needs of the target population. Outreach efforts will primarily focus on high-risk groups who have traditionally not sought out mental health or health services, such as first responders and those in the construction industry.The Program Coordinator will also collaborate with funders (DPH, DMH, etc.) as well as others within Riverside and the Trauma Center who support the mission of the program.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 a.m.- 5p.m.; position requires travel within MA but remote/hybrid work option available
Salary Range: $65,000/year

Required Skills
- Expertise or cultural humility in working with diverse cultural, racial, gender groups preferred
- Comfort and experience in training and presenting to larger audiences
- Knowledge of current best practices in suicide prevention, intervention and postvention
- Participation in basic training on disaster response/ critical incident management
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Masters Degree in psychology, social work or human services related field (such as MSW, Counseling, Psychology); Independent license preferred
- Experience working in a compassionate manner with individuals who have experienced highly stressful events/ situations
