General Responsibilities:
Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives
Collecting data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives
Tracking process breakdowns and driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities
Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures, process flow diagrams
Monitor and assess metrics, controls, requirements and other things to ensure a robust process
Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with other business units and product managers to achieve desired outcome for our customers
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
At least 1 year of Process Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
1+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
2+ years of experience in Process Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $93,400 - $106,600 for Principal Process ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
