JOB TITLE: PRICIPAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
JOB LOCATION: INDIANAPOLIS, IN
WAGE RANGE*: 85-90 PER HOUR

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 12 years of Engineering design experience with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree
Proficiency in embedded full stack development including C, Assembly coding, OOP, Driver development, Bare Metal and RTOS development, scheduling algorithms, task and memory management, IP integration, Design for Test and Continuous Integration, and version control management (git, svn, etc..)
Knowledge and understanding of Machine Learning Model HW development and deployment including model optimization, Client learning frameworks and libraries, parallel processing architectures, and Client common algorithms (Decision trees, Clustering, Neural Networks, etc...)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development using Xilinx and/or Microchip FPGAs and SoCs
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in advanced FW and FPGA simulation, languages, and emulation techniques
JOB DESCRIPTION
Principal Electrical Engineer opportunity to join our Hardware Engineering team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer, you will work within and lead a team of talented and experienced engineers performing activities related to design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital electronic modules, FPGAs, and/or CCAs for a variety of DoD applications. The qualified candidate possesses proficiency with all aspects of circuit card, FPGA, and embedded design. Experience with any of the following sub-disciplines of particular interest: system-on-chip (SoC) full stack development, digital and mixed signal design, configurable logic (FPGA/firmware) design, RF design and power electronics design.
The successful candidate is one who can participate and lead a multi-disciplined team and properly apply engineering tools and processes. This position requires frequent use of technical standards, principles, concepts, and techniques that candidates apply to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate to difficult scope and complexity. Successful candidates work in and lead a fast-paced, team-based, and challenging technical environment where an individual and leader with talent and initiative can stand out and thrive under limited supervision.
