POLICE OFFICER
Mt. Oliver Borough
Mt. Oliver Borough is looking to hire 3 police officers.
Starting base pay of $75,296 (80%) beginning January 1, 2026, which will increase to $86,580 (90%) after 1 year
and to $98,280 (100%) after 2 years.
The Master Police Officer (MPO) rate is $102,440.
Choose Highmark or UPMC PPO Plan with NO
deductibles. Up to 6 weeks of vacation, 5 persons days, and 12 sick days with sick day buy-back program and
vacation roll-over, 9 holidays, uniform allowance, Act 600
defined benefit plan with 3-year DROP, optional 457(b) plan.
