Reporting to our Director of Human Resources, you will manage human resources, employee relations and labor relations at our Conagra Brands Louisville, KY facility, producers of Marie Callendar, Healthy Choice, Hungryman, Orville Redenbacher, Chef Boyardee, Slim Jim and more. You will be responsible for several areas of human resources such as safety, recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. . You will guide top management in the implementation and evaluation of talent and HR activities. You will administer existing programs following procedures including EEO compliance.
What Impact Will You Have on our Business?
- Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations
- Manage employee relations through issue resolution phase
- Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development and organizational effectiveness plans
- Handle all phases of the staffing process including requisition, recruiting and onboarding
- Lead in the implementation and auditing of procedures
- Analyze training needs. Lead the development and administration of training programs
- Manage regulatory compliance efforts.
- Lead culture in assessment processes and provide direction on implementation of action plans
- Lead year-end processes including performance management and salary planning
Do You Have What it Takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years experience supervising direct reports within a plant setting.
- Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills
- Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
- Project management experience
- Experience with Workday, UKG or other HRIS
- Experience developing relationships with internal customers, peers and manage those relationships.
