As Customer service Representative (Phone Operator), You will

Job Description:
As a Phone Operator will play a key role in supporting the company's communication systems and security operations by handling incoming calls and assisting with security-related matters. This hybrid role requires a combination of in-office presence and remote work, allowing flexibility for both team collaboration and individual productivity.
Primary Responsibilities:

Operate communication systems (telephone and switchboard) to manage and direct calls.
Answer incoming calls, greet callers, provide relevant information, transfer calls, and/or take messages when necessary.
Route emergency calls to the appropriate staff or resources.
Relay and route written and verbal messages in a timely manner.
Contact security staff when required to manage safety and security operations.

Role Characteristics:

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and procedures effectively.
Capacity to handle routine tasks independently, while seeking guidance in unfamiliar situations.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $17.50- $19.50 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
