Responsibilities:

Patient Demographic data entry
Insurance verification, Eligibility checks, Authorizations
Scheduling
Handling multi-line phone system
Customer service
Medical Records management
Special Projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a high volume healthcare facility or medical office
