Communications Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the enterprise SaaS and cloud industry, with a focus on utilizing CMS tools such as Pardot, Marketo, and SalesForce to enhance our communication strategies. This role is crucial for ensuring our messaging aligns with business goals and effectively engages our stakeholders.
-6 Month contract with potential to extend
-40 hours per week M-F
-Flex hybrid schedule (1-2x per week in Santa Clara office)
Minimum Qualifications
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that promote our brand and engage internal and external audiences.
- Own the end-to-end development and execution of partner communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all channels.
- Craft high-quality, engaging content for emails, newsletters, webinars, presentations, blog posts, etc, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactively assess communication needs, track performance, and continuously refine strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging, streamline processes, and drive scalable communication solutions.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the impact of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, within a fast-paced, matrixed environment, preferably in the enterprise SaaS or cloud industry.
- 3+ years' experience in content management (CMS), email marketing, internal and external communications, project management, writing/editing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, Smartsheets and G-Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of owning and executing high-quality communications at scale, balancing speed and precision.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
