Position Details:

Job Title: Operations Specialist III

Location: Richmond, VA - Onsite

Pay Rate: $21-22/hr.

Shift & Schedule: Night shift (12:00 AM EST - 8:00AM EST)

Responsibilities:

• Process and release electronic payment instructions
• Administer defined procedures and handle exception processing
• Assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring new products/services
• Provide guidance to associates within the unit on procedural, technical, and operational changes
• Handle USD, FX, and Same Day Return processing
• Work weekends and overtime as needed
