As a member of the EUC Engineering team, you will provide comprehensive support for a wide range of end-user computing applications and technologies. This role involves managing and resolving complex ServiceNow incidents, requests, and change tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Technical and Operational Governance across the End User Computing environment.
- Work with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUC infrastructure, services and support.
- Participate in defining the EUC roadmap.
- Identify and drive areas for service improvements in conjunction with the managed service provider.
- Keep abreast of developments within the IT Industry that End User Computing Services are kept in line with defined or emerging industry standards.
- Define, engineer, and implement enterprise strategies for a wide variety of end user experience services and technologies. This can include capabilities such as client tools (Office, Adobe, Java, misc. productivity applications); browser engineering, design, and strategy (Edge, Chrome, IE); collaboration tools such as M365 Apps, WebEx, Box, etc.; enterprise print engineering and strategy; endpoint automation, reporting, analytics, as well as overall endpoint configuration and device management capabilities for Windows and Mac devices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years proven engineering expertise within the subject matter domain.
- Ability to support working outside nor business hours to provide after hours or 'on-call' support when necessary to solve high profile incidents/problems.
- Highly innovative problem solver with strong analytical and customer service abilities.
- Self-driven with the desire and creativity to design a new service offering from the ground up.
- Ability to communicate and articulate technical information across various organizational levels.
- High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in management of EUC Desktop environments (MacOS & Windows 11) with significant experience using Microsoft Intune management platforms.
- Experience in MS Windows environment & application support.
- Experience in End user device management and planning in a heavily regulated industry is an advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced scripting experience with PowerShell required.
- Very strong people skills to manage multiple stakeholders including users, senior management, IT teams, project teams, vendors.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient and deep understanding on Microsoft Active Directory including deploying, configuring and managing GPOs as well as Intune configuration profiles.
- Experience in implementing or working in environment with Network Access Control solutions with posture checks.
- Certification in ITIL.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $104,900 - $141,600 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
