Operations Director (eCommerce + Creative)

Position Overview
We are looking for an Operations Director with experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, and/or retail partnership marketing to support our agency services division on a pitch for a major retailer. This is for a pitch that is due by Thanksgiving, but if awarded, work will begin in January for a year to start.

Our client's goal is to enhance their Partnership Program with a more streamlined approach to content curation process. We are seeking an Operations Director who has experience in the digital and eCommerce space to audit their current process and provide points of view on efficiencies. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a point of view on efficiencies for the program process, inclusive of receiving creative content and direction from the brand, and curating blocks of content for seasonal efforts and for specific retailers. 
• Provide a point of view on integration of agency services with partnership marketing team and more heavily involving the brand marketing team 
• Review how the team currently uses AirTable for the partnership marketing program and provide a point of view on the efficiency of the tool and how to optimize it's capabilities 
• Strategize and scope the team necessary to maintain the program

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience 
• Operations Management with for partnership marketing teams, specifically in the eCommerce, digital, retail and lifestyle brand space 
• Experience with AirTable
