Operations Director - ACCS

Adult Community Clinical Services provide Persons referred by the Department of Mental Health with access to rehabilitation, clinical treatment, employment, housing, wellness and Peer services, with ancillary supports that will be coordinated in partnership with the Person. Services are designed to be flexible and to promote resiliency and recovery for all Persons served.
The Operations Director works as a member of the ACCS leadership team to develop and direct programming provided by the identified clinical, peer and specialist staff and to coordinate hiring, new employee orientation, and data collection to facilitate program operations. They will exemplify the values inherent in recovery-oriented services, including creating a respectful work environment, engagement in ongoing learning, and participation in continuous quality improvement.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Required Skills
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language)
- Must have valid driver's license and available, dependable transportation and be willing to provide transportation to persons served in personal vehicle, as needed
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related clinical discipline preferred
- Five years related experience required, including at least two years in a supervisory and management capacity
