Our client is looking for an Operations Analyst. The Operation Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Data and Artificial Intelligence team’s operational processes, financial forecasting, resource planning, and reporting. You will work closely with the Lead Business Operations Analysts, Portfolio Analysts, and the Leadership Team to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and optimize resource allocation. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data insights will enable the team to make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, models, and reports to support business decisions
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Analysts to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization
- Design and implement data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business case development and decision-making
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through data-driven analysis and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and support strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in operations analysis, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Workday, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.00 to $46.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
