The role:

Join our team as the office coordinator, where you will provide a variety of technical and administrative assistance to the wireless communication section. You will provide internal office support on day-to-day administrative operations, work with expenditure accounts in our accounting system, reconcile accounts for payment and work with other administrative staff to ensure effective and timely service delivery. This is a limited duration appointment that is expected to end on or before 2 years from the start date. Limited duration appointments are benefits eligible and have a designated maximum length of service. This position has the potential to become permanent.

A day in the life:

  • Process invoices, billing statements and payments.

  • Review, reconcile and request any needed invoices, billings and folios.

  • Code invoices and verify entries prior to input.

  • Provide support by answering and routing phone calls.

  • Complete and submit reports, general correspondence and miscellaneous forms relating to unit work.

  • Assist in setting up new lease payments and ensure they stay current and paid.

  • Create rental property agreements for invoice entry.

  • Sort mail.

  • Manage email accounts.

  • Update payment tracking spreadsheet.

  • Work in a standard office environment. Full-time in office work required during training period. Once training is complete, hybrid work options will be available with 2 days a week in office required.

Minimum qualifications:

Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents;

OR

An associate degree in any field;

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.
