We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to drive growth in our employment print and online sections. Your primary job responsibility will be to reach out to previous clients as well as potential new hiring managers to educate them about the advantages of using our publications for their hiring needs. By establishing and nurturing these relationships, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring that employers know about the comprehensive advertising opportunities we offer.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and respond to the specific requirements of different clients.
The challenge? Capturing their attention! These hiring managers often have packed schedules, and with many businesses operating with limited resources now, it’s crucial we offer swift access to the candidates they seek. Our robust solutions will assist them in finding their perfect fit without hassle.
OUR ideal candidate: Strong communication and organization skills, self managing, tech savvy (we use Macs), and goal oriented.
This role offers flexibility, either as a remote position or a hybrid setup. Applicants must reside in Colorado, ideally within the mountain regions that our publications cater to.
There are also considerable growth prospects within our department and company for the right talent.
Pay Range: $40-$50k to start (an hourly plus bonus mix). Potential for more based on success.
