Hybrid OnSite Dearborn, MI

$60 - 70/HR


Position Description:

  1. Excellent knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Online with 365), including Dynamics 365 Customer Service and portal development. Experience in testing, implementing, debugging, and documenting complex programs.
  2. Solid skills in Azure/PowerApps, Visual Studio, and GitHub. Proficiency in developing efficient client-side scripting using Plug-Ins, Workflows, and Custom Business Processes, with a fair level of knowledge in application development.
  3. Ability to understand technical and functional documents. Capable of designing and developing the UI, business logic tier, data tier, and integration tier, along with testing and maintenance of the product.
  4. Work with client stakeholders to understand business drivers, ensure usability, scalability, and satisfaction. Act as a liaison between the client, technical, and design teams to implement the technical roadmap in alignment with OKRs.
  5. Collaborate closely with product managers to understand functionalities and use cases of the product and create prototypes.
  6. Ensure all standard requirements are met and perform technical analysis.
  7. Collaborate with Product Managers in project delivery planning, applying knowledge of requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks.
  8. Proficient in using tools and technologies across layers: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, creating, querying & manipulating databases, APIs and integration, front-end code (HTML/CSS, Bootstrap), and web stack back-end technologies (.Net).
  9. Sound understanding of CI/CD processes, Agile development, deep understanding of programming fundamentals, and ability to learn new frameworks, languages, and tools as required.

Skills Required:

  1. 5+ years of experience in enterprise application solutions/development.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Power Portal.
  4. Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, and Custom Controls.
  5. In-depth knowledge and experience in the Customer Service module of Dynamics 365.
  6. Strong experience in integration technologies to connect internal and third-party systems is preferred.
  7. Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps is preferred.
  8. Experience using Agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software.
  9. Microsoft Dynamics Certifications are a plus.
  10. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  11. Open to learning new technologies and capabilities.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise application solutions/development.

Education Required:

  • Bachelors Degree.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid position: 2 days onsite per week.
