Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant
Location: hybrid onsite in Richmond, VA; remote options flexible for the right consultant
Duration: 6-12+ months
Apex Systems is seeking an experienced MS D365 Field Service Consultant to implement and configure Dynamics Field Service solutions for a Virginia government client.
Duties and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a functional consultant configuring MS D365 Field Service
- Configurations of Field Service, geolocations, asset management, utilities, and contract management
- Experience in Power Pages is very nice to have
- Conduct business analysis and process mapping to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Dynamics 365 Field Service platform.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system design, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Field Service applications.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Field Service and recommend improvements to clients.
