Full Job Description
category. This role is based out of our Richardson, TX HQ and will report to the Merchandising Manager.
What you will do in this role:
- Analyze and organize business sales reports and identify KPIs
- Assist in managing product category to drive business growth
- Manage sample inventory
- Create and Maintain Go-to-market materials including Seasonal Newness decks
- Partner and communicate cross functionally with Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing and Visual teams
- Understand competitive landscape and market trends
- If you have a passion for fashion and luxury, have previous merchandising experience, an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail, then this could be the role for you
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or Apparel and Textiles preferred
- Previous retail experience, preferable in a merchant or merchandising aspect
- Analytical, strategic and business skill sets, including but not limited to selling analysis, financial metrics and product/assortment planning
- Ability to present to internal and cross functional teams
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) and Google Enterprise Products
- Self-starter and takes initiative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and flexible work style
- Detail oriented
- Successful time management and multi-tasking skills
- Passion for the fashion industry
