THE WORK
The candidate will perform FMS Staging duties, supporting the FMS ILS/Staging team across multiple programs, including Japan, Korea, Australia, Norway, and Spain. The candidate's responsibilities will include processing incoming inventories upon equipment delivery in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
The candidate will communicate with the FMS ILS/Staging team to ensure that equipment is logged correctly in internal tracking databases. Additionally, the candidate will process FMS cargo offers, including reviewing pull list data to verify that all equipment has been inventoried accurately and is ready for packing.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to successfully build crates for cargo offer shipments, lift 50 pounds independently. Cargo offer shipments may include emergent, HAZMAT, and Aegis Weapon System (AWS) equipment. The candidate must be able to adapt to changing priorities to meet all program requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
Perform and maintain data inputs into Access databases.
Interface directly with Documentation Engineers, Packaging Design Engineers, Program Integrators, and Traffic Personnel to prepare various domestic and overseas shipments.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Desired Skills:
General knowledge of DOT/IMDG/IATA transportation regulations (Ground/Sea/Air). Proficiency in the following Microsoft applications

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
