McGuireWoods has the need for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join its firm-wide marketing team in Washington, D.C. The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day production of digital marketing content for the firm's website and will also coordinate the production of firm-wide e-communications. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of web content management experience and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities:- Coordinates production of firm-wide e-communications requests, including announcements, news alerts and evites.
- Assists with editing content in the firm's content management system (articles, event info, bios, newsletters, etc.).
- Supports the marketing technology team on the development and implementation of new marketing technology tools.
- Works with firm's business development team and other content administrators across the firm to ensure information on internal and external sites is accurate and current.
- Monitors performance of website and e-mail marketing campaigns and provides analytics reports to department staff.
- Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. BA or Associate's degree preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using WordPress and email marketing platforms a plus.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and interact effectively with a diverse group of employees.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
