Marketing Manager III (2 SUBS)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and self-directed Marketing Manager III to lead our marketing campaigns for two subsidiaries. We are looking for an experienced, self-directed Campaign Manager and leader sought to ensure the successful continuation of a high-visibility Global Solution Campaign during a Leave of Absence of the primary campaign manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for two subsidiaries to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Aquire new leads
- Have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation campaigns from ideation to launch that drive demand.
- Increase product adaption
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MINIMUM of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from inception to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Must have advanced experience in 3- Campaign Analysis, Campaign Management, and Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Self-directed and proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
