Contract 40 hours per week (for 6-7 months) to a possible permanent salary position. This position is hybrid (near Deerfield Beach, FL) and you would be required to go onsite for meetings. 

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals and messaging
• Utilize tools like GA4 and Klaviyo to track and report on campaign effectiveness
• Manage customer relationships through CRM tools to enhance engagement
• Create and maintain project timelines in SmartSheet to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Monitor social media engagement and performance using Sprout Social

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in campaign management and execution
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and CRM systems
• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with social media tools, particularly Sprout Social
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
