We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Sports/Entertainment) to lead and execute our marketing strategies, with a strong focus on branding, communication, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who excels at brand storytelling, campaign management, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Communication
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Craft compelling brand storytelling that highlights sports, entertainment, and product authenticity.
- Ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Market Engagement & Campaign Management
- Lead targeted marketing campaigns, particularly for the American market, leveraging expertise in regional dynamics.
- Manage paid media campaigns, overseeing budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt strategies for optimal ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new technologies and marketing innovations into campaigns.
Tech & Innovation Integration
- Work with the Company Experiences team to integrate blockchain authentication and digital engagement tools into marketing initiatives.
- Explore emerging marketing technologies, including NFTs, interactive content, and digital experiences.
Working Hours & Commitment
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required to oversee activations and brand experiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably in: " Sports & entertainment marketing " Luxury or lifestyle brands " Tech-driven audience engagement
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Experience in executing and managing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Industry Knowledge & Passion
- Strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics.
- Interest in sports, entertainment, and fan engagement strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with blockchain, NFTs, or Web3 technologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven
- Ability to use data insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Excited to integrate cutting-edge digital engagement tools into brand campaigns.
