As a Director, Strategy – BENLYSTA Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering against the overall mid- and long-term strategy for the brand. You will also develop, monitor and report key metrics to assess the short-term performance of the brand across functions (WIGs, KPI, etc), and support the development of key leadership and governance presentations (MPR, CST, IR, Forecast, etc.).
Further, you will be responsible for the overall brand budget (across functions), as well as forecast development, refinement, and tracking. In addition, strategic lifecycle management is a core part of this role.
In summary, key responsibilities are:
- Development of Leader & Governance Review Documents (i.e.: MPR, IR, QBR, etc)
- Brand WIGs (Lead & Lag), KPI and metrics monitoring
- Brand, Budget & Operational Planning
- Cross-functional Coordination and Project Management
- Forecasting/Supply POC (Point of Contact)
- Competitive Planning Lead
- Marketing Operations POC
- Strategic LCM (Lifecycle Management) Strategy, including identifying current & future opportunities and challenges, and differentiation/positioning
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, within the Pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry.
- Minimum of 2+ years of marketing to healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in marketing.
- Strong financial acumen to support strategic short and long-term decisions for the brand.
- Leadership Experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior commercial leadership and confidently defend informed recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to apply regional data and analyses to drive high impact business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and influence without formal authority.
- Ability to lead through change and inspire agility/flexibility amongst team.
- Experience working with and managing external agencies, vendors and consultants in support of marketing plans and field team needs
