Full Job Description

Summary:

Manage the integration and execution of programs and co-marketing activities to drive sales results in specified region.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:
    • Collaborate with PDMs to manage key marketing programs e.g. Marketing DRA and channel expansion across the region to deliver program KPIs such as new customer acquisition, partner recruitment.
    • Manage operational aspects of marketing programs with PMO/Marketing Ops team to ensure POs are raised within target timelines.
    • Manage and monitor channel marketing budgets and spend
    • Work with local OEM PDM's to ensure appropriate local OEM JMA marketing spend, avoiding duplication of spend and local execution to prevent underspend due to nonexecution.
  • Co-Marketing:
    • Effective execution of marketing activity with PDMs and channel partners to achieve agreed annual marketing plan objectives.
    • Guide channel partners in execution of marketing activities to optimize marketing impact.
    • Support channel partners to ensure their marketing activities are executed according to marketing program and guidelines.
    • Create marketing assets that can be scaled across region and are aligned with annual marketing objectives.
    • Maintain strong working partnerships with all channel partners. Support all partners questions regarding branding and marketing programs.
    • Create monthly Teams Rooms newsletters to partners.
    • Support PDMs ad hoc requests especially for big bet events
  • Business Planning:
    • Review marketing executions and communicate to key stakeholders results of activity.
  • OEM Marketing:
    • 10 hours per week of shared resource for Global marketing support
    • Collab OEM 1:Many Program Support
      • Development & maintenance of community platform
      • Event set up & management
      • 1 to many Communications
  • Basic Waiver Pilot Execution & Monitoring
    • Creating landing materials
    • Auditing and remediation of license marketing requirements for waiver
  • OEM Marketing Support
    • Press releases, co-marketing branding reviews and approvals
    • Events/Roadshows- Company and partner led support

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
  • 5-7 years related experience required.
  • Disqualifiers: Candidates with constant job hopping will not be eligible for the role.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would have prior marketing experience and a self starter.
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, meeting deadlines, weekly or monthly progress updates, and feedback from the team

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.11 to $41.24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
