Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the extended Commercial HR Leadership Team on projects and strategic talent initiatives across the Commercial Bank
- Engage in a variety of challenges, this may include topics that impact our own Commercial HR engine and those that drive sustaining impact for our business groups.
- Independently lead multiple concurrent talent strategy projects
- Develop research, insights, and proposed solutions on high impact topics relevant to HRLT/CBLT in the area of talent strategy
- Construct storylines and presentations to socialize strategies and build consensus for transformational change
- Develop logical and insightful frameworks, and structure to solve challenging talent problems at scale
- Communicate insights in a compelling manner to influence senior business leaders in the company
- Provide recommendations on the evolution of strategy focus areas as we continue to build out the function, offerings, and capabilities
Basic qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of Human Resources experience
At least 1 year of client facing experience or at least 1 year of consulting experience or a combination of both
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of experience with Talent Management or Leadership Development or HR consulting team or COS or strategy
1+ year of conducting analysis to translate metrics, research and trends into strategy
Experience analyzing and solving problems independently in a constantly changing environment
Robust project management skills, including thoughtful attention to detail and skillful balancing of multiple priorities
Fantastic interpersonal skills, with experience influencing decision-making outside your core team
Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience influencing leaders, thinking creatively, participating fully and working collaboratively to develop and execute strategies, solutions and experiences
Track record of complex project management, a bias to action and attention to detail
Proactively anticipating business needs from talent and culture perspective; experience prioritizing requests and managing stakeholder expectations
