Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Mail and Print Room Team Leader in Green Bay to provide leadership to a team of associates who handle printing, finishing, postal, shipping and distribution related tasks for the organization. The Mail and Print Room Team Leader will also oversee budgets, report on metrics, maintain strong relationships with suppliers and reconcile invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee mail and print services operations for Schneider.
- Identify cost savings opportunities and productivity improvements.
- Lead a team of mail and print services associates to deliver superior results.
- Manage team members' schedules to ensure production needs are met.
- Assist with print technician duties as needed.
- Respond to tracking incidents and service calls for equipment, software and technology.
- Work with suppliers to resolve issues.
- Provide training to the team regarding new policies, procedures and processes.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience working in a print or mail facilities preferred.
- Experience completing pre-press activities, operating digital or ink jet presses and working with finishing equipment (book making, book
- binding, cutting, scoring, folding, inserting, etc.).
- Solid leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
