Obtain a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity as a second shift (2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday) machine operator in our Ontario, CA facility. The Ontario facility is a manufacturing and development site for electronic toothbrushes and other dental products used in our Philips Sonicare line and other oral care products.

Your Role:

• Running new machines and ensuring efficient production standards are being met for our oral healthcare products
• Setup and breakdown of machines at the beginning and end of each shift while also troubleshooting minor issues with machines as they arise.
• Performing basic assembly tasks in between machine checks.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) and basic computer skills
• You have 1+ years’ experience in machine operation (Biotechnology experience preferred) and the mechanical aptitude to perform setups and shutdowns of machines.

• You are comfortable working within a clean room environment (full gowning process)
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
• You are detail oriented and a team player essential.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.41 – $31.66. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
