Support the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loan.

Physically record wet signatures, scan & upload packets of signed legal documents to retention system
- Partner with up to 14 different law firms/legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads
- Ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy
- Legal administration/support experience
- Ability to combine documents in Adobe Reader
- User-level experience with Outlook, Word, & OneNote
- Experience with shipping documents with FedEx
- Working knowledge of legal civil procedures
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Partnership skills to work with the Q/A team
- 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred
- Hands-on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful
