Loader Operator

Candidates must have 2 years exp working at a HMA Plant and a good mechanical aptitude. We offer an excellent starting salary based on experience. Key responsibilities of a loader operator at an asphalt company:
Loading materials:
Using the front-end loader to efficiently load aggregate materials from stockpiles into the asphalt plant hopper.

Maintaining material flow:
Monitoring the flow of materials to ensure a consistent supply to the production process.
Equipment operation and maintenance:
Starting, operating, and performing basic maintenance on the loader, including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.

Safety compliance:
Following all safety procedures while operating the loader and maintaining a clean work area.

Quality control:
Ensuring the quality of the loaded materials by checking for proper size and consistency.
Communication and coordination:
Collaborating with other plant operators to maintain production schedules and address any issues.
