This position will be a hybrid position in Clearfield, Utah.
Essential Functions:
• Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts
• Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
• Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Processes specifications, progress and other reports
• Advises management of contractual rights and obligations
• Compiles and analyzes data
• Maintains historical information
• Prepares bids
This requisition may be filled as either a level 2 Contract Administrator or a level 3 Principal Contract Administrator.
Basic Qualifications for a Contract Administrator:
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in commercial contracts management, contract administration and/or industry related experience, or a Master's degree
• Must have knowledge of multiple contract types, primarily Firm Fixed Price
• Must have a Passport or ability to obtain a Passport for international travel requirements
• MS Office to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
Basic Qualifications for a Principal Contract Administrator:
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts management, contract administration and/or industry related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience
• Must have knowledge of multiple contract types, primarily Firm Fixed Price
• Must have a Passport or ability to obtain a Passport for international travel requirements
• MS Office to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Fluency or Proficiency in French and/or German
• Aerospace and defense industry experience
• Experience in contract negotiations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Current, active DoD Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance

Salary Range: $62,200 - $93,400
Salary Range 2: $76,600 - $115,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
